At only 26 years of
age, Tommy Carey has spent almost half his life
with one eye pressed to the viewfinder of a Canon,
giving him the kind of experience you can't learn
in a photography class. You can find Tom wandering
the globe with a couple of professional surfers
in tow, always looking for that special something
to set himself off from the rest of the pack. Whether
it means hiking to a remote location to find that
eye-opening backdrop, positioning himself in the
lineup to get that magical angle or perfecting the
art of multiple flashes, Tom Carey always seems
to find that niche that gives his view its own signature.
Anyone can point a camera and push a button, but
Tom is always going that extra mile and you can
